All artwork and content on this site is the intellectual property of Corhodes. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

2. Commission Terms

For commission-specific terms, please refer to my Commission Usage Rights information and any additional information on Vgen.

This website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

Art Commissions

Effective Date: 5 July 2025

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Information

I reserve the right to decline any commission for any reason.

These terms may be updated at any time. Changes will not apply to commissions already in progress.

2. Payment

Payment is made upfront in full (or optionally 50% upfront, 50% after sketch for large projects).

All prices are listed in CAD.

Prices include site service fees (hosting and payment processing)

3. Process & Revisions

I will begin once payment is received and the details are confirmed.

You will receive updates at key stages (e.g., sketch, linework, color).

Two (2) rounds of minor revisions are included at the sketch stage. Major changes after this may incur additional fees.

Turnaround time is typically one (1) month, but may vary depending on complexity or workload.

4. Usage & Copyright

I retain full rights to the artwork, including the right to post it online, use it in my portfolio, and for self-promotion.

Personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

Personal use includes social media icons, wallpapers, personal gifts, etc.

Commercial use includes merchandise, advertising, brand use, etc. and will require an additional fee.

You may not claim the artwork as your own, remove my signature, or use it for AI training or NFTs.

5. Client Rights

You may repost the final image with proper credit and a link to my page.

You may not edit or alter the artwork without my permission.

6. Refund Policy

Full refunds are available only before I begin work.

If I have already started, partial refunds may be issued based on how much work has been completed.

No refunds are available once the piece is completed and delivered.

7. Communication

Please provide clear references and descriptions upfront.

I will contact you through Vgen, Instagram, or Discord for updates and approvals.

If I do not hear back after 7 days during an approval stage, I may move forward with the commission based on my best judgment.

8. Delivery

Final artwork will be delivered digitally via Google Drive link.

Files are typically sent in JPG/PNG and resolution specs, 300 DPI, and approximately 2000x2000 px.

9. Blacklist Clause

Clients who engage in chargebacks, harassment, or copyright infringement will be blacklisted from future commissions and reported as needed.

Add-On Services

Character Design

Character design commissions include the creation or interpretation of a unique character based on your description.

You will receive:

A final colored character illustration
Optionally: turnaround sheet, expression sheet, or outfit variations (additional fees apply)
Up to 3 minor edits during the design phase are allowed. After approval, major changes will require an additional fee.

Character designs may not be resold or used commercially unless commercial rights are purchased (see below).

Commercial Work

Any commission intended for profit such as use in merchandise, branding, books, advertising, streaming, games, etc. is considered commercial work.

Commercial rights must be purchased upfront. This typically adds 2x–3x the base price, depending on the scope.

You may:

Use the work in your business, project, or monetized platform
Request a license agreement outlining specific terms (if needed)

I retain credit and authorship of the work unless a buyout agreement is made (rare and priced accordingly).

Rush Orders

If you need your commission completed by a specific date sooner than my standard turnaround, a rush fee will apply.

Rush fees range from 25%–100% of the base price, depending on urgency and availability.

Not all commissions are eligible for rush delivery, please ask in advance.

Rush orders must be paid in full upfront and are non-refundable once accepted.
